一种模糊自调整PID在车辆液压悬架主动控制中的应用
Application of a fuzzy self-adaptive PID to the active control of hydraulic suspension for an automobile
【摘要】 本文根据车辆液压主动悬架的基本结构 ,选用了电液伺服阀控制的液压缸作为执行元件 ,通过力学分析建立了两自由度的车身及悬架系统数学模型 ,并设计了一种新型的模糊自调整PID控制算法 ,对悬架系统进行控制。研究表明 ,与普通PID控制方法相比 ,该方案能更有效地改善车辆的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。
【Abstract】 The ride quility and handling stability of automobile are directly affeted by the goodness or badness of the performance of the suspension system In this paper, two degrees of freedom of mechanical model, based on the basic construction of the active automobile suspension, is founded by the way of mechanical analysis, and hydraulic cylinder controlled by the electro-hydraulic servo valve is used as the force generator A new kind of fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm, by which the suspension system is controlled, is developed The simulation results show that this scheme can more effectively improve the ride comfort and handling stability of auto than the traditional PID control algorithm
