粉防己碱对心肌顿抑损伤的保护作用
Protective effect of tetrandrine on injuries of myocardial stunning in rabbits
【摘要】 用兔冠脉前降支结扎缺血再灌模型,观察粉防己碱(Tet)对心肌顿抑损伤的保护作用并分析其作用机理。结果示:①顿抑心肌收缩舒张功能明显降低,心电图ST 段抬高,血清LDH 水平升高,左室湿重增大。Tet可减轻缺血及再灌后心肌功能的损害,降低血清LDH 水平与心肌湿重;②顿抑组血清NO 水平略升高,Tet 组血清NO 无明显变化;③顿抑组心肌Na + -k + -ATP 酶及Ca 2+ -ATP 酶活力均明显下降,Tet 组ATP 酶活力基本维持正常。本研究提示Tet 保护顿抑心肌作用与维护心肌ATP 酶的正常活性及血清NO 水平的稳定有关。
【Abstract】 To study the protective effect and mechanisms of tetrandrine(Tet)on post-ischemic myocardial stunning the left anterior descending coronary artery of rabbits were ligated for 30 min and reperfused for 180 min The hemodynamics serum level of LDH NO and myocardium ATPase activity were investigated Both systolic and diastolic function of stunned myocardium were significantly decreased the ST segment of ECG was elevated LDH and the wet weight (WW)of left ventricle were increased;Tet relieved the ischemic-reperfused myocardial injury decreased LDH level and WW Compared with control NO was slightly increased in stunning group it was nearly unchanged in Tet group Na +-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-APTase activity were significantly decreased in stunned myocardium Tet kept the ATPase activity being almost normal Our results suggest that the depression of stunned myocardium function is in line with the decrease of ATPase activity;The protective effect of Tet on stunned myocar- dium is related to preserving ATPase activity and stabilizing serum level of NO
