【Abstract】 Several reporter plasmids with deleting CRE and AP-1 elements in the regulation sequences of hsp90βgenewere constructed and transfected into Jurkat cells. Then the reporter genes’ activity was datected. The results showthat CRE and AP-1 elements were critical to the high constitutive expression of hsp90β gene; in the PHA activatedexpression, CRE or AP-1 elememe play synergistic role; CRE and AP-1 elements also partially mediate in the heat shockinducible expression of hsp90β gene.更多还原
