【摘要】 本工作观察了幽门螺旋杆菌菌体超声粉碎提取物对大鼠胃粘膜细胞株ＲＧＭ１和人胃腺癌细胞株ＢＧＣ－８２３增殖 的影响。结果显示Ｈｐ提取物对两种细胞增殖的影响不一：在ＲＧＭ１细胞，Ｈｐ提取物作用使ＭＴＴ比色法ＯＤ值和 ３Ｈ一ＴｄＲ掺入值明显降低：在ＢＧＣ８２３细胞，Ｈｐ提取物作用使ＭＴＴ比色法ＯＤ值和３Ｈ一ＴｄＲ掺入值明显增高。表明 Ｈｐ提取物抑制大鼠胃粘膜细胞株增殖而促进入胃腺癌细胞株增殖。提示细胞的状态或种系与其对Ｈｐ作用的反应性 不同有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 This work was designed to investigate the proliferative effect of Hp sonicating extract on rat gastric eptithelial cell line RGM1 and human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823. The results showed that the effects of Hp extract on the cell lines were different: in RGM1 cells, HP extract decreased the OD value of MTT assay and the CPM of3H-TdR incorporation: In BGC-823 cells, Hp extract increased the OD value of MTT assay and the CPM of 3H-TdR incorporation, revealing that HP extract increased the proliferation of rat gastric epithelial cell line but stimulated the proliferation of human gastric adnocarcinoma cell line. The results suggested that the difference of states or species of the cells might contribute to their different response to Hp action.更多还原
