【摘要】 为了研究玉米—豆粕型基础饲粮条件下 ,在负对照组 (钙、磷水平各减少 0 .1 )基础上添加植酸酶对 3～ 7周龄肉鸭生长、钙、磷表观存留率的影响 ,把 64只 1日龄樱桃谷鸭按体重随机分为 4组 ,其中 2组为对照组 ,2组为试验组 ,试验组每千克日粮分别添加植酸酶30 0和 50 0个活性单位 (PU)。结果表明 :添加植酸酶可显著提高试鸭的日增重 ;钙、磷的表观存留率 ,降低饲料转化比 (P<0 .0 1 )更多还原

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of phytase in negative control group (cacium, phosphorus level reducing by 0.1 each) on growth, cacium, phosphorus apparent retention ratio of ducklings which diet based on soybean meal and maize. 64 ducklings of 1 day old were randomly allotted by body weight to one of four groups The balance lasted for 5 days. the two test group diet contain 300 and 500 phytase unit (PU) each. The results showed mean feed conversion rate, daily gain and cacium, phosphorus apparent retention ratio were affected by phytase. The phytase can replace partly CaHPO 4·2H 2O in ducking’s diet.更多还原
