复合酶制剂对番鸭饲喂效果的研究
Study on feeding value of complex enzyme in muscovy ducks
【摘要】 本研究以番鸭为研究对象 ,研究复合酶制剂对肉鸭的饲喂效果。结果表明 :在日粮能量水平低于 NRC,而粗纤维含量超过 NRC标准的番鸭日粮中添加 0 .1 %和 0 .2 %酶制剂可分别提高 6~ 8周龄番鸭生长速度 1 7.0 1 %( P<0 .0 5)和 2 1 .75%( P<0 .0 1 ) ;可显著提高肝脏、心脏占活重的比例 ( P<0 .0 5) ;复合酶制剂还能显著提高日粮中营养物质的消化率 ,显著提高钙、磷吸收率 ;可显著提高血清总蛋白 ( P<0 .0 1 )、白蛋白 ( P<0 .0 5)和球蛋白 ( P<0 .0 1 )的含量 ;可减少粪便排泄量 ,显著降低血清中血糖、尿酸、总胆固醇和甘油三脂的含量( P<0 .0 5) ,显著地降低泄殖腔粪样粘度 ( P<0 .0 1 )。是一种能提高饲料利用率 ,减少畜禽粪便对生态环境污染的生物活性物质
【Abstract】 Muscovy ducks were used as animal model to determine the feeding value of complex enzyme. The results obtained from the experiment showed that the growth rates of the ducks at 6~8 week age fed with the diets contained 0.1% and 0.2% complex enzymes respectively wer 18.53% (P<0.05) and 23.26%(P<0.01) faster than that of the controlled groups respectively. Complex enzyme increased liver weight and heart weight(P<0.05) of the ducks, increased digestibility of nutrients and abosorptivity of calcium and hosphorus, increased concentrations of total protein(P<0.01), albumin (P<0.05) and globulin(P<0.01) in serum of the ducks and decreased excrement amount of feces, reduced concentrations(P<0.05) of blood sugar, uric acid, cholesterol, and triglyceride in serum, and reduced rescosity(P<0.01) of diggesta and excreta. It suggested that complex enzyme should be an effective feed additive for ducks.
