有机/无机复合玻璃成型过程热应力计算及分析

【摘要】 本文利用非线性有限元分析程序 ,对飞机弧型有机 /无机复合结构风挡玻璃成型过程进行热应力计算与分析 ,提出解决热应力过大的方法和途径。

【Abstract】 Withthehelp ofnon-linearfiniteelementanalysis programs,thethermalstressof organic/inorganiclaminatedwindshield,whichgeneratedduringfabrication,wascalculatedin this paper.According theresultsofcalculation,areasonablestructureforthe glassdesignwas provided.
