我国推行房地产证券化模式研究

【摘要】 通过对房地产证券化的概念阐述 ,深入分析我国推行房地产证券化的必要性 ,借鉴发达国家经验 ,结合我国国情论证我国宜采用的两种运行模式 :房地产投资信托基金与房地产抵押贷款证券化 ,同时对具体操作中政府应采取的对策进行有益探索

【Abstract】 By explaining the conception of Real Estate Securitization,the article analyses deeply that it is necessary to carry out Real Estate Securitization in China. And then using the experience of developed countries for reference, the article combines national conditions, demonstrates the two suitable models in china: Real Estate Investment Trust Fund and Real Estate Mortgage Securitization, furthermore, takes useful research about countermeasures the government can adopt in concrete operation.
