【Abstract】 Standard alliances becomes an important means of competition on industry standard used by modern enterprises. We pay emphasis on the analysis of the motives for enterprises within an industry establishment of standard alliances, which include minimizing risk from standardization,creating first——mover advantages and enlarging product differentiation with the biggest competitors, as well as preventing them from developing their market power. In addition, because of the importance and difficulties of our country’s enterprises participating in the competition of dominant designs and standard, we explore the primary forms of standard alliances which are suited to our country’s enterprises.更多还原
