【Abstract】 Construction investment control is one of the very important research projects. Overspending to the construction budgetary estimate cost (or poor construction quality) and losing control of construction investment are the common problems at the current time. It is very serious to overspend the budgetary estimate cost of the construction projects invested by nation finance.
