【摘要】 目的　分析 5 0例儿童青少年焦虑障碍相关危险因素 ,临床症状特征及临床分型。方法　使用自制的儿童青少年焦虑障碍调查表。结果　 12～ 17岁以广泛性焦虑为主。 6～ 11岁以学校恐怖症为主。小于 6岁以分离性焦虑为主。临床症状以紧张、睡眠困难、无原因头疼、腹痛、心慌、出冷汗、害怕、坐立不安为主要特征。相关危险因素 :性格内向、害羞、胆小占 80 % ,有遗传史占 12 % ,学习困难占 5 0 % ,老师家长自我期望值过高占 48%。结论　影响青少年焦虑因素较多 ,青少年焦虑障碍应引起重视更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study risk factors, characteristic of symptom and clinical classification associated with anxiety disorder among 50 examples of children and adolescent. Methods Self made questionnaire of child adolescent anxiety disorder was used. Results The clinical classification of 12～17 year old group was mostly generalized anxiety, 6～11 year old group was mostly fear of going to school and <6 year old group was mostly separate anxiety. Clinical symptoms mainly included nervours stress, sleeping difficulty, unexplained headache, abdominal pain, palpitations, perspiration, worries, fidgety. Associated dangerous elements were introversion, shyness, cowardice, and the percentage of these factors was up to 80%, with hereditary histoy accounting for 12%, difficulties in learning accounting for 50%, over high expectation of the teachers and parents accounting for 48%. Coclusions There are lots of factors influencing adolescents anxiety, which must be emphasized.更多还原
