【摘要】 目的　分析安庆市 6 5岁以上人群的主要死因。方法　利用 1988～ 1997年安庆市 10年死亡报表资料 ,按 ICD- 9进行死因分类。用 ERR分析软件处理。结果　 6 5岁以上老年人口年均死亡率为 6 2 46 .5 9/ 10万。其中 ,男性为 7882 .46 / 10万 ,女性为 5 186 .32 / 10万。两者差异有显著性 (u=5 .16 42 ,P <0 .0 0 2 )。前 5位死因依次为呼吸道疾病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、损伤和中毒。呼吸道疾病中以慢性支气管炎、哮喘为主要死因占 91.0 9%。脑溢血、脑栓塞为脑血管病的主要死因。恶性肿瘤以胃癌、食管癌、肺癌为主要死因。心脏病以冠心病和心肌梗塞为主要死因。损伤和中毒中以自杀和交通事故居多。结论　呼吸道疾病、心脏病、损伤和中毒死亡率有下降趋势。脑血管病和交通事故死亡有上升趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the main causes of death among people aged 65 and older. Methods The death data were classified through the ICD 9 and analyzed through ERR package. Results The average mortality of the people aged 65 and older was 624.66 out of 100 thousand .Male was 788 25,female was 518.63. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The main causes in order were respiratory diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, malignant carcinoma, heart diseases, injuries and posioning. Chronic bronchitis and asthma was the main causes of death in respiratory diseases. Encephalorrhagia and cerebral infarction were the main causes of death in cerebrovascular diseases. Stomach cancer, esophagus cancer and lung cancer were the main causes of death in malignant carcinoma. Coronary heart diseases and myocardial infarction were the main causes of death in heart diseases. In injuries and posioning, the suicide and traffic accidents were the main causes. Conclusions Mortality of respiratory diseases, heart diseases is decreasing, while the deaths of traffic accidents and cerebrovascular diseases are increasing.更多还原
