【摘要】 目的　分析大学入校新生 HBV感染情况 ,供制订预防对策作参考。方法　采用现况调查对入校新生进行 HBs Ag及 AL T调查。结果　 5年内 HBs Ag平均阳性率为 10 .41% ,且呈逐年上升趋势。 HBV感染在城乡之间、性别之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而民族之间无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　应加强在大学生中乙肝疫苗的接种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infections and the epidemic features of hepatitis B virus among the new students in a college and to explore the countermeasures of prevention. Methods A prevalence survey was carried out to test HBsAg and ALT of freshmen of a college. Results The average infection rate of HBV was 10.41% in the past five years, which was higher than the average rate of the country (8.83%) and it was on the rise. Statistically, the difference of infection rate of HBV in region and sex was significant (P<0.01), while that in nationalities was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusions The vaccine of hepatitis B should be vaccinated among the college students.更多还原
