含硅聚氨酯弹性体的合成初探
Primary Study on Preparation of Silicon containing Polyurethane Elastomer
【摘要】 从酸化的水玻璃中提取活性硅醇 ,然后与聚醚二醇混合 ,再与异氰酸酯反应 ,制得含硅的聚氨酯弹性体。并用固体核磁共振仪和热重分析仪对硅醇与多元醇的混合物的结构进行了分析。结果表明 :当硅醇添加量在一定范围内 ,弹性体的力学性能有所提高 ;在多元醇和硅醇之间没有产生明显的化学结合
【Abstract】 The polyurethane elastomer containing silica was prepared by the reaction of the mixture of polytetramethylene glycol and active silanol to diisocyanate.The silanol was extracted from acidified sodium silicate.The structure of the mixture of silanol and glycol were analyzed with solid 13 C NMR and thermogravimetry.The results show that the physical properties of polyurethane were improved with limited amount of silanol, and no evident chemical bond was found between glycol and silanol.
