【摘要】 高等教育当前正面临空前的机遇与挑战。高校必须在思想认识、管理体制以及实际工作中适应当前高等教育大发展的新局面。

【Abstract】 Currently,higher education is facing to unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,universities and colleges must adapt new development phase,which should be based on our ideas,management system and real practice.
