酶促木素与酚共聚反应速率的研究
Study on rate of copolymerization of peroxidase catalyzed lignin with phenol
【摘要】 探讨了在微乳液系统中用酶催化法生产木质素 -酚树脂的可行性。实验表明 ,在反相微乳液中 ,用过氧化物酶催化木质素与对甲酚共聚的反应可以进行 ;反应速率快 ,温度对反应速率的影响也较大 ;产物易于分离 ;酶液可以多次使用
【Abstract】 The feasibility of producing lignin-phenol resin with horseradish peroxidase catalyst in the reversed micellar emulsion system was studied.The results showed that the copolymerization of peroxidase catalyzed ligin with phenol could be carried out in the reversed micellaremulsion.The rate of coplymerization was fast and feasible.The synthesized coplymer precipitated from the solution and could be easily recovered.
