铌酸催化合成乙酸苄酯
Catalytic synthesis of benzyl acetate by niobic acid
【摘要】 以乙酸和苄醇为原料 ,用固体催化剂铌酸催化合成了乙酸苄酯 ,发现在乙酸与苄醇的摩尔比为 4∶1 ,适量催化剂和带水剂存在下回流反应 2 70min ,产物收率可达 6 7.2 % ,而且催化剂容易回收重复使用。
【Abstract】 Benzyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and benzyl alcohol as raw materials and a new so lid niobic acid as esterification catalyst. The results showed that the yield reached 67.2% when the mole ratio of acetic acid and benzyl alcohol was 4, reaction time was 270 min in the presence of proper amount of catalyst and cyclohexane. The catalyst could be separated easily and reused for times.
