RH真空室熔池和钢包内钢液整体流场的数学模拟

【摘要】 应用 N- S方程、k- ε双方程模型及两相区结构模型对 RH真空室熔池和钢包内钢液流场进行数值计算 ,为进一步计算浓度场和温度场奠定了基础 ,并解释了一些工艺现象。另外还用该模型计算了 RH内钢液的循环流量 ,给出了最佳氩气喷吹量

【Abstract】 The mathematical simulation for the flow field in the vacuum chamber and ladle during RH degassing was carried out by the N S equation, k ε two equation turbulence model and two phases zone structure model. A new method for calculating circulation flow rate was established and an optimum quantity of gas blowing for the RH of Bao Steel was suggested by calculating and analysis.
