Cu75Ni9Sn2P14非晶合金热稳定性的研究
Research of Thermal Stability of Cu-Base Amorphous Alloy
【摘要】 研究了 Cu75 Ni9Sn2 P1 4 合金非晶态结构的形成及其热稳定性。在连续升温的条件下 ,观察各温度点的晶化情况 ,发现在 15 0℃就有晶相出现 ,到 40 0℃时结晶产物均为富铜相。
【Abstract】 The formation and thermal stability of Cu 75 Ni 9Sn 2P 14 amorphous alloy were studied. The crystallization course of the alloy was observed by means of rising temperature continually. The result showed that the crystal phase is formed at 150 ℃. All the crystal products are copper rich phase at 400 ℃.
