固定床吸附器水蒸气解吸过程研究

【摘要】 针对低浓度甲苯活性炭固定床吸附 ,对水蒸气解吸载甲苯活性炭固定床作了实验和理论研究 ,测定了水和甲苯在直径 5 0 0 mm,高 15 0 0 mm的固定床中的分布。活性炭取样点在轴向上七个点采样 ,活性炭中甲苯及水含量用 Karl Fisher法测量。活性炭在 15 0℃ ,5 0 Pa条件下解吸。建立了适用于模拟固定床水蒸气解吸的均相模型 ,并对实验结果进行模拟计算 ,结果表明 ,所建模型与实测结果能很好吻合

【Abstract】 The paper deals with the steam desorption of a toluene loaded activated carbon column.The experimental and theoretical studies have been both carried out.After the adsorption of toluene in a fixed bed adsorber,the desorption of toluene loaded activated carbon with steam has been carried through in a column with a diameter of 500mm and a length of 1500mm.The loading distributions of toluene in the fixed bed were measured along the length of the column on 7 sampling points.The desorption temperature and pressure were 150℃ and 50Pa.A mathematical model has been developed to simulate the process of the desorption.The result shows that the simulated result can be in good agreement with the experimental one.
