【摘要】 以错流移动床百叶窗栅板型气体分布器为考察对象 ,以散料力学的基本理论为分析依据 ,对栅板上颗粒物料的外漏和内移现象进行了分析 ,建立了描述其发生临界条件的理论判据 ,计算表明与前人的实验结果相符较好。百叶窗气体分布器栅板结构设计的三参数 (倾角 θ,间距 d4 ,长度 d3)应满足如下条件 :θ≥ π2 - i2 + w2 -cos- 1sinwsini2 ,　 d4 /d3<( tgi+ tgθ) cosθ更多还原
