碳酸钙在加热铜基表面结垢诱导期实验研究
The Study of Induction Period of Fouling of Calcium Carbonate on Heated Copper Bas Surfaces
【摘要】 用自行设计的一套带有录像系统的显微摄像实验装置研究了碳酸钙在黄铜及化学镀镍 -磷 -聚四氟乙烯( Ni- P- PTFE)表面上结垢初期的行为特性 ,考察了结垢诱导期中壁面过饱和度、壁面温度、流体流速、表面性质等参数对结垢非均相成核的影响 ,绘制了结垢诱导期中的成核特性曲线。
【Abstract】 The fouling behavior of calcium carbonate on braze and chemical plating Nickel Phosphor Polytetrafluoroethylene(Ni P PTFE) surfaces were studied with a micro photo recording device.The influences of supersaturation,surface temperature,flow rate and surface properties on the formation of nuclei were invested and various fouling curves were obtained.
