硝化过程BOD5的测定研究
A study of nitrification control in the BOD5 test
【摘要】 研究了亚甲基蓝 ,硫脲 ,亚甲基蓝 /硫脲 ,酸碱预处理 ,改变稀释水 p H值五种预处理方法对硝化过程 BOD5测量的影响。亚甲基蓝在抑制硝化过程同时 ,抑制碳化阶段。硫脲在抑制硝化过程时 ,本身存在可生化降解问题。亚甲基蓝 /硫脲在稀释水中浓度各为 1 .3 mg/ L时 ,对硝化过程有很好抑制作用 ,又不影响碳化阶段。酸碱预处理及改变稀释水 p H,效果不佳。
【Abstract】 Pretreatment by Methylene blue, thiourea, methylene blue/thiourea, acid or alkali and changes of the dilute water’s pH are used for nitrification control in the BOD 5 test While methylene blue control nitrification, it also inhibites carbonization Thiourea can be biodegradabe while it controls nitrification When the concentration of methylene blue/thiourea in the dilute sample are respective 1 3 mg/L, the nitrification can be controlled very well, and at the same time, the carbonization is not influenced Pretreatment by acid and alkali can not achieve the aim of nitrification control
