【摘要】 目的　观察川芎嗪治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法　观察组 32例 ( 35眼 )用川芎嗪治疗 ,对照组 30例 ( 32眼 )用维脑路通治疗。结果　总有效率观察组为 80 % ,对照组为 4 6.88% ,两组比较差异有显著性 ,χ2 =6.62 ,0 .0 1<P <0 .0 5。结论　川芎嗪治疗前部缺血性视神经病变有提高疗效作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Ligustrazine in treatment of anterior ischemicoptic neuropathy. Methods 32 cases (35 eyes) of the observation group were treated with Ligustrazine and 30 cases (32 eyes) of the control group were treated with Venoruton.Results The total response rate was 80% in the observation group and 46.88% in the control group.The difference of the total response rate was significantly in two groups(X 2=6.62, 0.05<P<0.01). Conclusion Ligustrazine may improve curative effect in the treatment of anterior ischemicoptic neuropathy.更多还原
