【摘要】 目的　探讨阿昔洛韦、干扰素联合治疗小儿急性病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法　将 60例病脑患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 30例 ,两组基础治疗相同。治疗组加用阿昔洛韦 (Acicloviri) 10mg/ (kg .d)和干扰素 10～ 2 0万U ;对照组用病毒唑 15mg/ (kg .d) ,所获数据经方差分析 ,求P值用t检验。 结果　治疗组治愈率 80 % ,总有效率 93.3% ( 2 8/ 30 ) ,对照组治愈率 60 % ,总有效率 73.3% ,治疗组显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。两组发热、头痛、惊厥等消失时间及平均住院天数亦有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　阿昔洛韦分子量小 ,容易通过血脑屏障 ,对人体毒性低 ,很少引起骨髓抑制。应用外源性干扰素可使患儿迅速获得抑制病毒的有效浓度 ,改善机体免疫状态。二者联合应用疗效优于病毒唑更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of Acyclovir and Interferon treating the viral Encephalitis in children.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the therapeutic group and the control group equally with the same basal treatment.The therapeutic group was treated by 10mg Acyclovir kg.d and Interferon 100,000,-200,000u;while the control group by 15mg Ribavirin kg.d,and the obtained statistics were tested by t.Results The curative rate 80% and the total response rate 93.3%(23/30) respectively in the therapeutic group were obviously higher than that of 60% and 73.3% in the control group (X 2=4.32,P<0.05).There were great differences in the time of fever,headache,hyperspasmia control and the average hospitalization (P<0.05).Conclusion Better curative effect can be gained to treat viral Encephalitis with Acyclovir and Interferon.更多还原
