【摘要】 目的　探讨霉菌感染与新生儿红臀的关系。方法　用无菌生理盐水棉拭子擦试红臀患儿患处皮肤脱屑或分泌物 ,立即送检验室做涂片检查。结果　 30例新生儿红臀中霉菌涂片阳性者 2 2例 ,约占 73.3%。结论　新生儿防御功能差 ,大量或长期应用抗生素可导致菌群失调或免疫力降低 ,使霉菌易于生长 ,导致新生儿红臀更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of newborn eczema and mold infection.Methods Cotton slip with 0.9% NS was used for drawing affected part decorticatin or secreted things,then smear and test.Results The positive rate among 30 nowborn eczema was 73.3%, 22 cases. Conclusion Newborn eczema is related to mold infection.更多还原
