人工老化对6个玉米杂交种活力的影响
Effect of High Temperature and Humidity on Vigor of Maize Seeds
【摘要】 选用生产上 6个正在推广种植的玉米杂交种进行人工老化试验 ,结果表明 :不同品种间耐老化能力有明显差异 ;老化处理后种子活力降低 ,浸出液电导率提高 ,其中淀粉酶活性降低是种子活力降低的生理原因之一 ,但不同品种种子萌发时的淀粉酶活性与种子活力指数没有直接关系。
【Abstract】 Some hybrid maize seeds were studied. The results showed that high temperature and humidity Could reduce seed vigor.One of the reasons of the reduction of maize seed vigor was the reduction of anylelytie anzyme activity at germinatoin stage.There wasnt a direct relationship between anylelytie anzyme activity and vigor index in different varieties.
