【摘要】 系统论述了发光二极管在 CMOS集成电路中基本驱动电路、电流参数选取及部分典型电路中的基本应用
【Abstract】 The basic drive circuits,the parameters selection of electricity and a part of typical application circuits of light emitting diode on CMOS integrated circuits are discussed systematically in this paper.
