地方性猪大肠埃希氏菌多价灭活苗的制备及应用
Preparation and Application of Endemic Inactivated Polyvalent Vaccine of Escherichia coli for Pigs
【摘要】 用从河南省豫北地区三家大型种猪场发病猪群分离到的致仔猪黄痢、白痢 5个大肠埃希氏菌优势血清型菌株 O1 4 9:K88ac、O1 8、O1 1 2 、O1 2 4和 O1 4 4 的两次培养物 ,经 0 .4 %的福尔马林灭活 4 8h,制成地方性猪大肠埃希氏菌灭活苗 ,含菌量为 1 50亿 /ml。分别于产前 3 0 d和 1 4d两次免疫妊娠母猪 ,剂量 2 ml/头 ,使初生仔猪从母乳中获得较高含量的大肠埃希氏菌抗体 ,具有对抗黄痢、白痢发生的免疫力。该灭活苗的安全性和免疫原性良好 ,对同型菌株攻毒后初生仔猪的保护率达 85%以上 ,对仔猪黄痢白痢有较强的预防作用
【Abstract】 Cultures of 5 superior main of E.coli to cause yellow scour and white scour of piglets, isolated from pig farms for reproduction of the north of Henan, were made of inactivated vaccine by 0.4% comentration of formaldehyde. It contained 15billion germs per ml. The inactivated vaccine was safe and was a good immunogenicity. If it was injected to pregnant sow before parturition, it can prevent more than 85 percent of the same type strain from infecting. It could protect piglets against yellow scour and white scour effectively.
