【摘要】 江汉平原一直遭受洪水的威胁 ,三峡工程的修建将大大减少洪水可能带来的直接和间接经济损失 .为此 ,我们提出江汉平原产业结构调整的设想 :1 )增加农业基础设施投资 ,发展高效农业 ;2 )培育和建设医药化工、机械电子、食品饮料、纺织服装、建筑建材等支柱产业 ;3 )大力发展第三产业 ;4 )开发地下矿产资源兴建以盐化工为主的化工企业 ;5)适当发展能耗大的工业更多还原

【Abstract】 Flood has been threatening the Jianghan Plain for thousands years. The completion of Three Gorge Project will decrease greatly the direct and indirect damage caused by the flood. Based on these analysis, we propose five suggestions for the adjustment of the industrial structures of the Jianghan Plain: (1)increase the investment in agriculture and develop high efficient agriculture; (2)cultivate and develop main industries such as medicine chemistry, electronic mechanics, food making, textile and costume, construction material and so on; (3) promote development of the third industry; (4)develop the mine resources and construct salt industry; (5)properly develop electricity consuming industries.更多还原
