【摘要】 从湖北省云梦县患病鹦鹉体内分离得到一株新病毒 ,病毒经细胞培养后采用 Sepharose-2 B柱层析纯化 ,在电子显微镜下 ,该病毒粒子无囊膜 ,直径为 4 5～ 50 nm,呈二十面体对称球形颗粒 .回归试验证明此病毒是引发澳州长尾小鹦鹉幼雏病的病原 .此病毒对热、冻融和有机溶剂均具有稳定性 .与澳州长尾小鹦鹉幼雏病病毒的 M7株阳性血清反应 .证明它与 M7株具有抗原相关性 .更多还原

【Abstract】 A strain of new virus was isolated from fledgling budgerigars in Yumen, Hubei provine. Virus subjected to cell culture was purified by Sepharose 2B chromatography. Under the electron microscope, the virions were non enveloped icosahedral pariticles with a diameter of 45～50 nm. That purified virions were inoculated to fledling buderigars justified the virus was a pathogen. The isolate basically stable against heating, freeze thawing and organic solvent. Immunodiffusion trial showed the virus and M 7 strain of BFDV had serologic correlation.更多还原
