用对数拓扑指数预测多环芳烃的致癌性
Predicting carcinogenicity of Ploycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) by logarithmic topologic indices
【摘要】 定义了对数拓扑指数 LTI( i) ,并在双区理论基础上提出了多环芳烃 ( PAHs)的致癌性与其 LTI( i)之间的定量关系方程 .80个 PAHs的致癌性的计算值与实验结果的相符率达 98% .
【Abstract】 This paper defines a logarithmic topologic indices(LTI( i )).On the basis of di region theroy,this paper puts forward a equation which is about a quantitative relation between carcinogenicity and LTI( i ) of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs).The values of calculating the carcinogenicity of 80 PAHs is in agreement with that of the experiment’s results.
