【摘要】 利用 Windows的 GDI位图和 DIB位图 ,用 Microsoft Visual C++6.0编制了扫描驱动以及能够同时显示和存储多幅伪彩色图像的程序 ,并用该程序对高定向石墨进行了原子量级和纳米量级的成像 .实验观测到对同一样品同一区域 ,如果扫描方向不同 ,得到的图像也不同 ,本文根据 STM的反馈成像机理对此进行了解释 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Using Windows GDI AND dib bitmap,this paper designs program for multiple pseudo color image display and storage with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 code.With this program such samples as highly oriented pyrolytic graphite was scanned in atomic and nano scale.The influence of scanning direction on STM Image was observed and its originality was discussed.更多还原
