灵芝多糖提取工艺的优化

【摘要】 考察了温度、酸碱盐介质对灵芝多糖提取的影响以及活性碳脱色对灵芝多糖吸附的影响 .实验表明 ,用醚醇将灵芝子实体粉末回流提取之后 ,用 90℃的热水浸提二次 ,再用质量分数 1%的碳酸钠溶液浸提二次 ,可将灵芝多糖及其它有效成分充分地提取出来 ,适合食用菌产品加工之用 .

【Abstract】 The paper studies the effects that moisture and acid, alkalic and salt mediums have upon the extraction of polysoaccharide of Ganoderma Lucidium and that the decoloration of active carbon has upon the adsorption of polysaccharide of Ganoderma Lucidium. The experiments demonstrate that after powder of Ganoderma Lucidium’s sub_matter is extracted with either and alcohol through recycling, soak and extract it twice in clean water of 90℃ elsius, again soak and extract it twice in a 1% solution of sodium carbonate, then polyaccharide of Ganoderma Lucidium and other effective ingredients can be well extrated, which are apt to be used in processing edible fungus.
