【摘要】 本文在对广东省中山市村民委员会选举进行调查的基础上 ,研究行政化治理的村庄向村民自治的转变过程。作者认为中山市的村委会选举试点具有建制起点高 ,运作质量高 ,立法标准高等特点 ;同时 ,这种政府行政推动的村委会选举有诸多不足之处。在客观分析基础上 ,进一步剖析导致村民选举制度不足的政治、经济、文化和组织根源。最后提出如何使广东省村委会选举再上新台阶的一些对策设计更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the case of Zhongshan city of Guangzhou province, the paper studies the process of the village from executive government to villagers government. The author thinks the try in Zhongshan city about the election of the Villagers Committee characterizes many characters such as highly starting point, well working, high standard legislation. At the same time, as the governments drive, the institution of the election demonstrates some shortcomings. Then the author analyses the cause of the phenomenon and gives some advice to improve the process of the election of the Villagers Committee.更多还原
