桂花品种的同工酶研究

【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直板电泳系统 ,测定了武汉地区 33个桂花 (OsmanthusfragransLour.)品种的过氧化物酶、酯酶、α 淀粉酶、超氧化物歧化酶及苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱。结果表明 ,所有供试品种在五个同工酶系统中均有桂花物种的共同特征谱带 ,同时又蕴含着较丰富的多态性 ,从而根据酶谱表型可以有效地鉴定桂花品种。利用类平均法 (UPGMA)进行系统聚类 ,将 33个品种分为二个大类群 :秋桂类和四季桂类。

【Abstract】 Five isozymes(POX、EST、α?AMY、SOD and MDH) of 33 cultivated sweet osmanthus varieties in Wuhan were studied by means of polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the basic isozyme bands characteristics, of the species were observed in all specimen, and polymorphism was also detected in all isozymes. So, the cultivars can be identified according to the phenotypic variation. Furthermore , the 33 cultivars were classified into two groups based on cluster analysis semper flowering group and autumn flowering group. Finally, how to further the work on the germplasm resources of sweet osmanthus was also discussed.
