提高烟叶含钾量调控措施的研究初报Ⅰ.物理调控对提高烟叶含钾量的影响

【摘要】 在大田生产条件下 ,采用单株挂牌设置处理的研究方法 ,研究了覆膜、断根等物理调控措施对烤烟钾吸收及其在库和源中的再分配。结果指出 ,地膜覆盖有利于前期叶片中含钾量的积累 ,而打顶后揭膜对后期叶片的含钾量的提高也有一定效果 ;烟株顶部遮雨对含钾量影响不明显。打顶时在距茎 2 0cm处一面断根有利于提高烟叶含钾量 ,但断根太多使烟株含钾量下降。
【Abstract】 Under the field conditions, the effects of the physical regulation measures such as sheltering by plastic, cutting root on potassium uptake and redistribution in sink and source in tobacco were studied. The research showed potassium content of tobacco leaves was increased in the earlier stage when the root was sheltered by plastic. Lifting root plastic shelter after removing the tobacco top had some effects on the increase of leaf potassium content in the late stage. Cutting root at one side at the point of 20 cm from the stem while removing the tobacco top was advantageous to the increase of potassium content of the tobacco leaves, but cutting too many roots would reduce the content of potassium in tobacco leaves.
