接种不同种类病原菌脂多糖对翘嘴鳜细菌性败血症的免疫保护力比较

【摘要】 用柱状嗜纤维菌 (C .columnaris)、嗜水气单胞菌 (A .hydrophila)和迟缓爱德华氏菌 (E .tarda)等 3种菌中提取的脂多糖 (LPS)作为免疫原 ,分别接种翘嘴鳜后 ,通过测定受免鱼血清中凝集抗体效价、血液中白细胞的吞噬活性和A .hydrophila活菌攻毒的方法 ,比较了接种 3种LPS对翘嘴鳜细菌性败血症的免疫保护力 (RPS)。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,受免鱼血清中均可产生较高的凝集及交叉凝集抗体效价 ,血液中白细胞的吞噬活性极显著地升高 ,而且具有较高的交叉RPS。推测LPS对翘嘴鳜既具有特异性免疫活性 ,也存在较强的非特异性免疫活性

【Abstract】 The mandarinfish ( Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky) were immunized with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) extracted from Aeromonas hydrophila, Cytophaga columnaris and Edwardsiella tarda . The relative percent survival (RPS) of mandarinfish were compared by examing the agglutinating antibody titer of serum and the phagocytic activity of leucocytes in the blood challenged with live A. hydrophila . The experimental results showed that the agglutinating antibody titer and cross agglutinating antibody titer of immunized mandarinfish were higher than the control group, and the phagocytic activity of leucocytes in the blood of immunized mandarinfish was significantly boosted and had a high level cross RPS. LPS was thought to have a specific immunoactivity as well as a high level non specific immunoactivity to mandarinfish.\;
