细菌性败血症流行后翘嘴鳜血清中抗体特性分析

【摘要】 从细菌性败血症流行后的饲养池中捕捞翘嘴鳜 ,采集血清 ,以嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonashydrophila)的福尔马林灭活菌体 (F AH) ,菌体脂多糖 (LPS) ,精制LPS(P LPS)和胞外产物 (ECP)为反应抗原 ,对其抗体特性进行了分析。结果表明 ,受检翘嘴鳜血清中对F AH和LPS的平均凝集抗体效价分别为 1∶1 91和 1∶6 9,对LPS和P LPS在琼脂内扩散反应后分别出现 4条以上和 1条沉降线 ,而对ECP则未出现沉降线 ;免疫电泳后 ,对LPS和P LPS分别出现 5条以上和 2条沉降线 ;而对ECP未出现沉降线。推测A .hydrophila的ECP对翘嘴鳜的免疫系统具有抑制作用

【Abstract】 The serum of mandarinfish ( Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky) was collected from the pond after epidemiced bacterial septicemia. The antibody characteristics in the serum of mandarinfish were analysed by the microtiter method, Ouchterlony’s method and immunoelectrophoresis. The results showed that the mean agglutinating antibody titer in the serum of mandarinfish against formalin killed Aeromons hydrophila (F?AH) and crude lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of A. hydrophia were 1∶191 and 1∶69 respectively. Four and one precipitin lines were observed in the serum of mandarinfish against LPS and purified LPS (P?LPS), respectively, no precipitin line could be observed between the extracellular products (ECP) of A. hydrophila and the serum of mandarinfish. The same experimental results showed that five and two precipitin lines observed in the serum of mandarinfish against LPS and P?LPS, respectively, and no precipitin line could be observed between the ECP and mandarinfish serum in immunoelectrophoresis patterns. So the ECP of A. hydrophila was thought to have inhibitory effect on immune defense system of Siniperca chuatsi .\;
