棉红铃虫对有机磷杀虫剂的抗药性

【摘要】 以湖北省 3个不同用药水平的棉区棉红铃虫初孵幼虫为试虫 ,采用滤纸药膜法对 4种有机磷杀虫剂进行了抗药性初步研究 ,建立了 4种药剂的相对敏感毒力基线。对 3个地方种群进行抗药性监测发现 :江陵种群对甲胺磷、久效磷已出现低水平至中等水平抗性 ,对丙溴磷和对硫磷暂处敏感性变动阶段 ;鄂州种群对 4种有机磷杀虫剂处基本敏感水平 ;只有武昌种群最为敏感。以相对敏感基线的LC99值检测 3个地方种群的实际死亡率 ,结果与理论死亡率的趋势基本一致。以不同代别棉红铃虫测其对久效磷的抗药性 ,1 998年的武昌种群和鄂州种群代际间的抗药性无明显差异 ,但 1 999年的鄂州种群和江陵种群对久效磷的抗药性则以第 2代高于第 1代

【Abstract】 The susceptible toxicity baseline of parathion , methamidophos, monocrotophos and profenofos to newly hatched larave of pink bollworn (Hubei Province), Pectinophora gossypiella (Saunders), were established by using filter paper residue method. By monitoring the resistance of the thre area strains, it was found that the Jiangling strain showed low level pesticide resistance to methamidophos and monocrotophos and it stood in the temporary stage of undulate susceptibility to profenofos and parathion, Ezhou strain was basicly susceptible to the four organophosphorus insecticides, and Wuchang strain was the most susceptible one among the three strains. The real mortalities of the three strains were tested by using LC 99 value of susceptible baseline, and the result showed that they obeyed the same tendency of the theoretical mortalities. There were no differences between the generations of Wuchang and Ezhou strains.
