【Abstract】 Both Intranet office system and Electronic commerce system need to be supported by E mail system. A small multifunctional E mail system is introduced, which is built on SMTP service in IIS, ASP technology and CTI technology. The mechanism of SMTP service in IIS is also explored, such as E mail storage, local and Internet E mail′s sending and receiving and system security. And the CTI technology is also discussed. By using professional voice board, the E mail system can handle voice E mail and fax E mail, sending and receiving by telephone or computer.
