超高强钢等离子弧焊接头冷弯性能分析
Analysis of Bending Property of the Super High Strength Steel Joint Welded with Plasma Arc Welding
【摘要】 通过与氩弧焊的对比试验 ,分析了焊后热处理强化的超高强钢等离子弧焊接头冷弯性能不足的原因 ,研究表明焊后热处理并不能完全改善HAZ的结晶形态 ,接头的一次结晶组织、焊缝化学成分以及焊缝形状是影响接头冷弯性能的主要原因 ,并提出了用焊趾重熔和增强焊缝塑性的方法来改善接头冷弯性能 .
【Abstract】 The factors affecting bending property of the super high strength steel joint are analyzed. The heat treatment after welding can′t improve HAZ crystal state completely. The primary crystal constitution of the joint and the chemical composition of the seam are the first factors affecting bending property of the joint. To remelt the toe of weld with TIG and to increase the plasticity of the weld, the bending quality of the joint can be improved.
