无源光纤脉冲电压电场传感器的研究
Electric Field Sensor of Optical Fiber with Passive Impulse Voltage
【摘要】 研究了一种利用电光晶体的一次电光效应测量脉冲电压和电场的方法 ,给出了光纤电压电场传感器的基本结构和测量原理 ,计算和对比了BGO和LN等几种不同晶体对测量灵敏度的影响 .利用HP 80 11A型脉冲信号发生器做为信号源 ,进行了初步的设计和测试 ,实验结果表明 :LN晶体具有较高的灵敏度、线性度以及较好的频率响应
【Abstract】 A method by using eletro optic effect of EO crystal to measure electric field of impulse voltage is given. The basic measurement structures are presented. By means of calculation and comparison, the characteristics of the several varied crystal such as BGO, LN are illustrated. To use HP 8011A impulse signal generator as the signal source, the preliminary testing of the system is made. The experimental results have shown that LN crystal has the characteristics of better sensitivity, linear and frequency compared with the other crystals.
