面阵折射微透镜与红外焦平面结构
Large Area Refractive Microlens and Infrared Focal Plane Structure
【摘要】 分析了利用面阵凸折射微透镜来增大红外凝视焦平面成像器件的填充系数 ,进而提高信噪比以改善器件光电响应特性的物理机制 ,讨论了引入凸折射微透镜阵列对红外焦平面器件的空间分辨率、探测率D 和红外响应均匀性等参量的影响
【Abstract】 The physical mechanism is analyzed in which the optoelectronic sensitivity of the large area staring infrared (IR) focal plane arrays (FPAs) is improved. The filling factor of device is increased by using refractive convexes microlens array, and then the signal noise ratio characteristics improved. The influence of convex refractive microlens array to spatial resolution, detectivity D * , and nonuniformity of imaging device, is discussed.
