三次风下移减小煤粉锅炉烟温偏差的研究
The Reduction of Flue Gas Temperature Deviation by Shifting down Position of Tertiary Air
【摘要】 基于四角切向燃烧锅炉烟温偏差产生的原因和锅炉实际运行参数 ,提出了将三次风下移来降低大型锅炉燃烧过程中烟温偏差的方法 ,对汉川电厂 3 0 0 MW机组锅炉的热力计算结果说明 ,三次风下移后不会对燃烧稳定性及结渣性产生不良影响 .
【Abstract】 Based on the reason why the flue gas temperature deviation is occurred in a corner firing boiler and the practical boiler operating parameters, the measure to reduce the deviation by shifting down the position of tertiary air is proposed. For the 300MW pf boiler of Hanchuan Power Plant, thermal calculation results show that there would not be any adverse effect of the air shifting on the combustion stability and slag bond in the furnace.
