【Abstract】 A new description of fuzzy set by using a new concept of "part points is given. The fuzzy set voting model is established based on the description, so the probability method can be used for Fuzzy set research, the fuzzy sets synthesis problem are discussed and a synthesis formula obtained. With the formula, the authors study the flood season fuzzy set synthesis problem of Geheyian reservoir. The result is more reasonable than one obtained by the fuzzy statistical test method.更多还原
