论提高学生自我评价能力的策略
On the Strategies of Improving the Students’ Self-evaluation Abilities
【摘要】 自我评价在青少年人格形成中起重要调节作用。在学校教育中,为了提高学生的自我评价能力,形成积极完善的自我概念,充分发挥教师在学生人格发展中的主导作用,具体指导策略有:发挥教师的“主导”评价策略、强化同伴“平行教育”策略、增强主体评价能力策略
【Abstract】 Self-evaluation plays an important role in forming the youngster’s selfhood. This article gives some strategies to give full play to teachers’ leading role, reinforce mate parallel-edcation and rise corpus mark ability for the teachers in order to help the students improve their self-evaluation abilities, help the students form their positive and perfect self- concept. Meanwhile, the strategies would help the teachers play a big role in developing the students’ self-hood.
