黄瓜子叶培养物的花芽分化和ABP基因表达间的关系

【摘要】 黄瓜子叶培养物在 p H7.0的培养基上培养 1d而后转入正常培养基 (p H5.8) ,能显著提高黄瓜子叶培养物的成花率 .对 p H7.0处理 1d的子叶柄中游离 IAA含量水平的检测表明 :p H7.0处理降低了子叶柄中 IAA的含量水平 ;ABP基因的表达情况均高于对照组 .因此 p H7.0处理对黄瓜子叶柄同时具有促进 ABP基因表达和降低游离 IAA含量水平的作用

【Abstract】 The frequency of floral differentiation improves highly(from 25% to 70%) when the detached cucumber cotyledons precultures with pH7.0 medium for 1 day. The endogenous levels of IAA in cotyledonary petiole where flower buds could appear were analysed. The results show that: the levels of IAA in cotyledonary petiole reduces with pH7.0 treated in contrast to the control(pH5.8). ABP gene expression were analysed in time 0-11 days of cotyledonary petiole,the results suggest that:its expression in all days is little strong with pH7.0 treated as compared with the control. So pH7.0 treatment not only promots the ABP gene expression but also reduces the endogenous levels of IAA in cotyledonary petiole.
