【Abstract】 There are an increasing number of intellectual organizations, but researches of the management of such intellectualized organizations are few. The characteristics of intellectualized organizations make it necessary to adopt intellectualization management, which is different from management of ordinary organizations. The emergence and application of such management come from the challenge of knowledge economy, the advancement of science and technology, the development of management theory and the basis of human civilization.
