【摘要】 目的 研究壳聚糖碘液的杀菌作用。方法 采用卫生部《消毒与灭菌实验技术规范》中拟定的方法检测壳聚糖碘液的杀菌效果。结果 浓度为200 mg/L的壳聚糖碘液作用10 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率均为100%。结论 壳聚糖碘液具有良好的杀菌效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective：To study bactericidal efficacy of iodine- chitosan solution.Methods：The quantitative killing bacterial e xperiment was carried out to determine the bactericidal efficacy of iodine-chito san solution.Results: The solution containing 200 mg/L iodine-chitosan could kill 100% of Staphylococcus Oureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in 10 min.Conclusion:Iodine-chit osan solution had activities to kill the tested bacteria.更多还原
